Silvio Berlusconi was born in Milan on September 29, 1936.
His father, Luigi, was a bank employee, and his mother was named Rossella Bossi. After completing high school in 1955, he enrolled in the University of Milan's Faculty of Applied Law, which he graduated from with honors in 1961, earning the opportunity to write a research paper on advertising.
